Step 2
Initial Fit Conversation
Dominion Residences will contact the prospective resident to discuss housing needs, current circumstances, anticipated move-in timeframe, and basic eligibility.
Step 3
Intake & Screening
If the prospective resident appears to meet initial eligibility requirements, they will be invited to complete the full intake and screening process and provide required documentation.
Step 4
Placement
Following review and approval, Dominion Residences will discuss available room options, payment requirements, and move-in arrangements with the prospective resident.

Who May Be a Good Fit
Adults 18+ who can live independently, have verifiable income or funding, and are ready for a structured, respectful shared-living environment.
Best suited for: veterans, individuals transitioning from reentry programs, and adults moving from transitional or supportive settings toward greater independence.
What's Included
Private furnished bedroom, utilities, Wi-Fi, access to kitchen and laundry facilities, shared common areas, structured house expectations, and resident check-ins that support stability and accountability.
What Dominion Is / Is Not
Dominion Residences provides structured independent living for adults who can live independently but benefit from added stability, accountability, and community.
It is not an emergency shelter, medical facility, treatment program, or 24-hour supervised residential setting.
